Sarika Saboo (CEO & President)
Ms.Sarika Saboo is the founder of Saboo e-Solutions. She has multi-disciplinary educational background. She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and earned qualifications like M.A (Eng), CPA (USA) etc. She has ample professional expertise in the field of accounting and taxation services. Being a highly accomplished businesswoman, she is the guiding force behind the success of this organization. Driven by an unrelenting spirit of professionalism, she contributed primarily to the internationalization activities of the organization. It is due to her vision and inspiration the organization is now competing globally.

Rajesh Saboo (Co-founder and Managing Director)
Rajesh is the Co-founder of Saboo e-Solutions. He has a hands-on approach to business and has first-hand experience and rare insights of servicing markets. He has been in technology sales for over 15 years, selling hardware, software and services. He is a Law and commerce graduate and holds PG Diploma in Information Technology. He is responsible for global technology solutions and implementation at Saboo e-Solutions. He has over 5 years of experience in designing and maintaining secure, mission-critical, 24x7 networks for the software development and information technology enabled services (ITES) industries. He has multiple and diversified skills that are requisite to manage a BPO firm’s operations.

Rajesh Jalan (Head - Quality and Process Excellence)
Rajesh is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He stood First Class First in the Graduation examination and also secured rank in the examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has held a number of important positions with reputed Companies. He has 15 years of rich and well-rounded experience in all areas of Financial Services. He specializes in project evaluation, preparation of business plans and syndication of funds. Rajesh has expertise in building and managing teams.

Navnit Bagri (ACOO)                                                                        Navnit is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CPA (USA). He has over a decade of experience in strategic positions with top Indian companies and Foreign Institutional Investors. He has domain knowledge on stock broking and financial products marketing. He also has experience in diverse work areas like Insurance Planning, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Investment Planning.

Subhash Aggarwal (Business Advisor)
Subhash is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He has over 25 years of experience in diverse industries in senior positions. He served as General Manager (Finance) in Ispat Industries Ltd (Ispat Group of Mittals) and Senior Executive in Indian Rayon (A V Birla Group) and other industrial groups of repute. He has vast experience in dealing with Investment, Insurance, Income Tax, banks, accounts and audit.
